Club/League Application

This application is provided for club and league owners who are interested in making iPlay their home. Once you've reviewed and are sure that your group meets the criteria requirements, you may submit the application. You will then be contacted to discuss what iPlay can offer you.

Please take a few minutes before you submit your application to review all the Club Policy and TD information pages for iPlay. Please also view the Player Agreement for all who play at iPlay.

Clubs applying are expected to bring their own player following to iPlay, as we do not want to detract players from the current Club events at iPlay.

We do not accept "split offs" from existing Clubs at iPlay or new groups that have not been established for at least 6 months. A split off would be a TD leaving a club to start a new club independent of who they may currently be hosting with.

To be considered for Club status at iPlay
you must meet the following criteria.

if you do not meet these criteria.

	Club Owner will submit the application with complete information. All information is required and is kept confidential.
	Because you are bringing your own player following, you may not ask for players or subs in Op messages, or run Winners' Banners.
	Split offs of groups that are housed at iPlay will not be accepted.
	Because you are bringing your own player following, your events will not get ads run in the Lobbies.
	The club must have a minimum of 4 active hosts.
	The minimum number of events to start will be 5 tourneys per week.
	Owners must ensure backup coverage of all events, either by monitoring the events personally, or by appointing a Senior TD to make sure the events are covered.

Once your application has been reviewed, you will be contacted by a member of the Club / Ladder Administration Department.

	I assume responsibility for the actions of all staff members in my club;
	I understand that my club will be in a probationary status, during which time, could be removed without prior notice at the discretion of the owners / administration of iPlay.

Failure to disclose or submission of false information
will result in the removal of your club at iPlay.
